GENERAL INFORMATION
Recognizing the needs of the Rexburg Community, Dr. Daniels pivoted from an urgent care doctor to focus on family medicine in 2019. This re-positioning allows him to do what he’s best at and what he absolutely loves to do – see families grow healthily and happily. His practice shares locations with the Idaho Community Care urgent care clinic, allowing his patients to receive both scheduled preventive care and convenient walk-in appointments as needed.
